Founded as Labor Solutions®, One Force Staffing® opened the doors to its first office in 1997 in Covington, Kentucky. Two brothers, Matthew and Mark Ryan, began the company to help solve the costly dilemma of walk-offs and no-shows in the light industrial staffing industry. One Force Staffing® has since gone on to become a leader in the staffing industry.

During it first two years of service, Labor Solutions® did exceedingly well. In 1999 Labor Solutions® was able to open its second office in Chattanooga, Tennessee. 2000 was another successful year. In May of that year a third branch was opened in Dayton, Ohio. In 2002, Labor Solutions® went on to open its fourth branch office in Louisville, Kentucky. In the winter of 2002/2003 Labor Solutions® changed its name to One Force Staffing® to eliminate confusion with competitors who provide different services.

Since it’s opening in 1997, One Force Staffing® has become the industry leader in all of the markets it competes. Today, One Force Staffing® continues to go above and beyond to meet the needs of all its customers and to maintain its mission of providing businesses with a high quality workforce that has perfect attendance.
